How to Place an Order
- Add your comment to our blog or email us at onetreschic@hotmail.com. Orders made through blog will be given priority over those placed through email.
- Remember to leave the details of your order, such as size and colour (if any) and your email address.
- We will confirm the availability of the item you order by email and send you an invoice for the purchase.
- Upon receiving the invoice, you should make payment to us within 24 hours (see more details on "Payment Instruction" in Terms & Conditions). We will reserve the item ordered for the period of 24 hours, however, we shall be entitled to cancel your order if the payment is made after 24 hours as of sending of invoice.
- Upon making payment, please confirm your payment by emailing the following details of payment to us:
The total amount transferred (including the postage charge) - Inick (for internet banking) or your account number and account type (for ATM transfer)
- Transaction Reference
- Name
- Full Address and Postal Code
- Method of Postage
- We will confirm the payment by email and accordingly send the item for postage within 1-2 working days after we receive such confirmation email. Customer will receive the apparel within 2-3 working days after the postage.
