General Terms
  1. By placing orders and/or submitting comments in our blog, customers shall be deemed to agree and accept all of the terms and conditions stated in this blog.
  2. All prices stated are final prices and these prices do not include postage charges.
  3. Customers should bear the postage charge incurred. The postage charge will vary depending on the weight and the type of postage selected. Normal postage is S$ 1.50. For more than one item, the charge depends on the additional weight which varies around S$ 0.50-1.00. For safety and tracking in the postage, we strongly advise you to opt for registered postage at additional S$2.24. 
  4. Please note the sizing chart stated in each collection or item, we shall not be responsible for any sizing mistake in ordering.
  5. We shall not be liable for any lost of parcel and any damage arising from the postage or shipment if you do not opt for registered postage.

Washing Instruction
  1. Please note the washing instruction for each apparel as specifically stated in each collection.
  2. We shall not be responsible and shall not be liable for any damage arising out of the items after it have been washed (unless otherwise stated in our blog).

Payment Instruction
  1. Payment should be made within 24 hours upon customer receiving the invoice from us.
  2. Payment can be made by:
  3. Internet Banking to  POSB Saving Account: 130 3344 07 or UOB Saving Account: 396 374 4437. Please retain your transaction reference and ibanking nick as reference; or
    1. Bank Transfer to POSB Saving Account: 130 3344 07 or UOB Saving Account: 396 374 4437. Please retain the ATM receipt for snapshot of such receipt.
    2. Upon transferring and making payment, we will require you to send us a confirmation email of such payment with transaction ref and ibanking nick (for Internet banking) or snapshot of such ATM Receipts (for bank transfer). For further details please see “How to Place an Order” section.
  4. If the payment is not made within 24 hours or the payment does not comply with the instruction as mentioned above, we shall be entitled to reject and/or cancel the order.

Exchange Policy
  1. We do not refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected.
  2. If the item is defected, we will accept exchange or refund the item only if the item and label is still intact, and for exchange if such desired apparel is available.
  3. Any refund or exchange must be informed to us within 10 days of the confirmation of purchase date.
  4. There will be no exchanges, refund or return for apparels after washing.
